Sian joined Kings Hill in 2014 after successful amateur and university careers. She gained an interest for the game of golf at an early age and since then she has furthered her knowledge and skills whilst competing at a high level. This has included being a member of various England squads from the age of 12 all the way to age 18, representing the country in numerous tournaments and matches. In 2009, she fulfilled her dreams of playing collegiate golf in America by accepting a full scholarship to East Tennessee State University. Sian turned professional in 2014 after graduating with an honours degree in Sport and Exercise Science.

Mark is the Head Coaching Professional and a Director of Growing Golf. Mark is one of the most highly-regarded coaches of his generation since he combines in-depth technical knowledge with simple, effective communication skills. His outstanding playing career led him naturally to a career in coaching where he is now one of the most popular coaches in the South East. Mark enjoys working with all levels of player and his eye for detail allows each person to relate, repeat and develop their skills – from beginner to professional.
