Wacky Races! The new fleet of buggies have just been delivered. For this week only (until the 29th May) we are doing a half price buggy offer to members, don't forget that you normally benefit from a 20% discount throughout the year and anyone wishing to purchase a buggy loyalty card can do so either via the pro shop or the office, too.

Cameron Green wins the Argyle Trophy with an excellent nett 67, beating playing partner and competition secretary Phil Allen who scored a nett 68 to finish third having been beaten by Simon Henderson on countback.

As we approach the Captain's Charity Day next weekend please contact Alex Parietti if you would like to sponsor a hole, prize or bid for a preferred tee position for the shotgun start. As per last year I will be doing the beat the pro for the charity and look forward to playing with you again, be warned I will be practicing next week!

Good luck to Robert Rock flying the Kings Hill flag at the BMW Championship! As I am writing this newsletter he has just finished with a solid level par in his first round. I am sure everyone will join me in sending him our best wishes.

Who's off to Wentworth this weekend? Whether you have plans to visit the famous venue or watch a bit of the golf in the clubhouse, it's great just to see some top-class action here on British soil for a change.
