Kent recovered from being 3-1 down at lunchtime to beat Dorset on Sunday at Kings Hill. It was great to have the very best amateurs in the county competing at our club. Lots of positive comments about the course and the club as a whole.
Wednesday we had the Ladies Open which again highlighted the course and hospitality at the club to be excellent. Thank you to Hilary and the ladies section for their help and hard work in delivering the day.
Looking ahead to the weekend the tee times for the Captain's Day can be seen here - http://khgcmembers.wix.com/khgc

Finally, I want to say well done to Chris Pearson following his career best 66 in the St Augustine Pro-Am. It's great to see the hard work being rewarded, it will be a tough selection process for the Pro Challenge later in the year!
Also, anyone wishing to sponsor a hole at the PGA Southern Professional Championships or play in the Pro-Am in September should contact me ASAP. Following the performance this week I'm sure Chris can't wait!
