Having attended all the AGMs over the past two weeks, I must say it's great to see the sections celebrate their successes of the past year. Here you can see a photo of the winners from the ladies AGM.
One success story of the past year is that of the Senior Kent League team. Having come bottom of the league last year in their first season they asked us to deliver a structured group coaching programme for the squad during the winter months.
What a difference it made as they were crowned champions this year and I know talking to team manager David Lake they are keen to keep the crown! It wasn't just down to the coaching programme, many of the players in the squad upgraded their equipment during the programme, too.
Don't forget to book your place on one of the late night opening evenings during November and December to see how an upgrade in your equipment will improve your game. The custom fitting with our launch monitors and Quintic putting studio are completely weatherproof so let us help you during the winter to improve your golf (and add to your Christmas list, too).
Sessions will be 60 minutes in length and available at 6:00pm, 7:00pm and 8:00pm starting on Tuesday, 10 November. As we enter the winter months it's a great time to start working on your game ready to hit the ground running next season. With our top class facilities and coaches we will improve your golf! Even a small tweak or bespoke winter program will make the difference. Please contact the professional shop to book in with any of the Academy team, Chris, Mark, Sian or Steve. Get in touch here.
The common theme at each AGM was the pride in being a member of the Club and standard of the course throughout the season. As you will know, our course will maintain its quality during the winter months.
Why not show off your course to colleagues and friends?
To encourage you to do this members can sign a guest in for £20 during November and visitors can benefit from an all-day ticket at no extra charge. This is only available Monday to Friday.
